Member on-boarding survey

There’s 5 sections to the survey, which should take about 15 minutes to complete.


1. Key contacts (who to send regular emails to, who to send billing emails to).
2. Basic info (your organisation’s website, logo, location, size and operational reach).
3. More detailed info (organisation type, primary sector and goods/services keywords).
4. Joining the AEA (primary motivations for joining, priority areas for AEA to focus on, initiatives you’d like to see the AEA drive, EOI for joining Committees/Working Groups and your priority membership benefits).
5. Any other comments.

Key contacts

Key Member Contact
This person is our everyday contact. They will receive regular communications from us about upcoming events and other membership benefits (eg. our weekly newsletter, notice of member's networking events, invitations to AEA Board meetings, conference updates and discount codes). This contact will also receive account management emails for our website (login, password reset etc.).
Key Billing Contact
This person will receive all communications about account billing (renewal notices, reminders, invoices etc.).
Secondary Member Contact
If so desired, this Secondary Member Contact can receive all the regular updates provided to the Key Member Contact (minus the billing and account management communications).
